Behind the immense passion Duncan has for delivering exceptional work for his clients, his big why is to create work that inspires positive social and environmental change – and do it in ways that are as sustainable as possible.
A member of 1% for the Planet, Duncan gives back by donating 1% of his annual sales to environmental non profits.
Duncan’s award winning emotive and dynamic style has seen him create powerful images of the worlds’ best sports women and men – Olympic Gold medalists, World Record Holders, World Cup winners and Super Bowl and Major Champions. With a unique style, top tier global brands like Nike, Under Armour, adidas, New Balance, The NFL, Chicago Bears and The FA regularly trust Duncan to create the visual imagery that tells their story.
From a client and commissioners’ perspectives, he’s been described as the ‘dream ticket’. A master at getting the best results in the highest pressure and time constraint environments, he brings enthusiasm, passion and humility, motivating the team to get the best results together. With a relentless work ethic, he draws from his experience across 1,000’s of shoots to always provide world class creative and innovative solutions.
Empathetic storytelling is also at the heart of Duncan’s work. His first short film, WALI is a beautiful and emotive story about the blind marathon runner Wali Nori, who lost his sight whilst being a translator for allied forces in Afghanistan. The film won best short film in Chicago based film festival Big Teeth Small shorts, and has been shortlisted at multiple international short film festivals in 2020. This approach has also led to him to create campaigns for clients like Sport England (This Girl Can), The Invictus Games, The Red Cross, The Royal British Legion and Scope.
