Under the Coalition for Resource Recovery (CoRR) program, Global Green began transforming food waste into assets. The initial pilot was launched in a 16-unit apartment complex in Lincoln Heights, CA, and was expanded to a 71-unit complex in LA’s beautiful Old Bank District. This marked the first time that a food scrap recovery had been implemented in Los Angeles at a multi-family residence larger than 4 units.
