BEAR is an organized coalition that sought to increase the national recycling rate for beverage containers. The Prepared Value Chain Assessment supported the Multi-Stakeholder Recovery Project (MSRP), which is a three-stage initiative that evaluated options for moving towards BEAR’s 80% beverage container recycling goal.
