Another closing on a sustainable house in our Holy Cross Project in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans. The owner signed and is excited to be moving into the home in close proximity to the Mississippi River, with access to beautiful green space along the river levee. This is the second sale of the five LEED homes we built in one of the neighborhoods hardest hit by Hurricane Katrina.
