We roll out the green carpet for our events and love when guests wear fashions befitting a green carpet — environmentally friendly choices ranging from vintage/reused and upcycled styles to newer items made with sustainable fabrics and non-toxic dyes.

Among the style stars from last night’s Pre-Oscar Party was actress Emmy Rossum, who wore an Oliver Tolentino cocktail dress made using sustainable fabric from pineapple leaves. Tolentino himself walked the carpet with models in other gowns from his eco couture collection — and wore a jacket he made using the same eco fabric.

Rossum’s style was completed by makeup artist Amy Nadine, who used cosmetics from Tarte, a line of products made more environmentally friendly (and healthy) without the use of parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances.
